Popuz.com's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.

If any provision or part thereof of these Terms of Use is wholly or partially unenforceable the parties or, in the event the parties are unable to agree, a court of competent jurisdiction, shall put in place thereof an enforceable provision or provisions, or part thereof, that as nearly as possible reflects the terms of the unenforceable provision or part thereof.

The parties have requested that these Terms of Use and all documents relating thereto be drawn up in English.

Access to and use of this site is subject to the Terms of Service (including the privacy policy of the site) and all applicable laws.
By accessing and using this site, you signify your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

Rules:

1. Manage multiple accounts

You can create and manage more than one account manager. This includes accounts in different leagues.

2. Collaboration

Collaboration between managers or between members of a group in any league is prohibited on any of the managers of Popuz.
Prohibiting the adulteration of parties to give one team an unfair advantage over others.
The factors to be considered include, but are not limited to:

• - Letting team gain by creating a deliberately bad to lose
• - Players line up in wrong positions, the managers who join a league and quit after a few days with the deliberate intention of colluding with another manager.

Any manager who is guilty of this fault, your account will be blocked or suspended and is also prohibited to participate again in the community for a minimum period of 2 months.

3. Bugs

They must report any and all of the bugs found administrators, never take advantage of them to altear the results of his team.

4. Inappropriate language

You can not use inappropriate language on the boards or in private messages to other users.

5.Buying and selling

You can not buy and / or sell players in order to give money to another manager in your league, this causes unfair competition.

6. Personal Account

All those who want to play any game Popuz must create your personal account. You can assist someone to create your account or create the account of someone else.

If any of these rules are violated, you can receive drastic sanctions by administrators to correct your mistakes. This may include the deletion of your account.
